With a background in luxury goods and family roots in Italy, Franco Pasquale is well-versed in quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional service. While studying interior design at the Pratt Institute in New York City, Franco worked at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, and Bergdorf Goodman selling high-end fashion and mastering the art of customer service. He later pursued advanced training at the Domus Academy in Milan and Harvard University in Boston before founding Pasquale Design Associates in 1994. Since then he has built an extensive portfolio of distinctive designs and won numerous awards and design competitions.
His ever-expanding mental database is a treasure trove of design resources — from home furnishings, light, and décor to skilled trade and craftspeople. A consummate professional and nurturing mentor, Franco has assembled a team that is as carefully curated as the spaces they design.

Tiffany Hajarie
Senior Interior Designer
A creative spirit to her core, Tiffany has loved art, crafting, and interior design for as long as she can remember. She first came to Tampa as a student at the University of South Florida, where she received her B.A. in Anthropology. Born and raised outside of Manhattan, Tiffany moved back to New York after graduation. A few years later in 2015 her passion for interior design led her back to Tampa to study interior and graphic design at the Art Institute. For the past five years she has been working in the field of high end residential and commercial interiors, even making her first foray into textile design. Tiffany’s effervescence is absolutely infectious and we are happy to have her on our team.
Cort Lippe
Associate Interior Designer
With a courageous heart and the desire to contribute to his community, Cort Thomas Lippe is poised to make his mark in the world of interiors. Prior to joining the team at Pasquale Design Associates, Cort’s educational pursuits led him to study at some of the finest educational institutions on the East Coast, including The George Washington University, Florida State University, and New York’s Parsons School of Design where his studies allowed him to explore his love of art and design. Cort found his footing in the interior design world working as an interior design assistant at Tallahassee’s Langston Sprowls Design Group and a consultant in New York City. He has also spent a fair amount of time in France, gaining a conversational knowledge of the language and cultivating his joie de vivre. A Tampa native, Cort is happy to be back home where he can focus on family and continue to express his creativity through interior design.
Dayron Portela Aguiar
Associate Architect/Designer
As an architect and interior designer, Dayron has worked on a wide variety of projects in the hospitality, high-end residential, and retail spaces. Born and raised in Cuba, Dayron lived in Germany and Chile before calling the United States home. A true citizen of the world, his global curiosity is evident in his approach to design; his affable nature makes working with him a pleasure for both clients and teammates alike. Marrying strong technical skills and a gift for freehand architectural drawing, he communicates his contributions to each project with precision, ensuring total client satisfaction. Dayron graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in architecture from Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas, UCLV.
